City of Frankfort Planning & Zoning – Contact this City department before you begin your project for help with permitting and navigating the development process in Frankfort!

Kentucky Capital Development Corporation – Looking for property to develop?  Spec buildings?  Need the perfect location for your company? KCDC is our local economic development entity and is here to help you discover a great business environment here in Frankfort and Franklin County. 

Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce – Contact our local Chamber for terrific resources and support for new, existing, and expanding businesses.  Be sure to ask about a special discount when you join both the Chamber and DFI!

Riverfront Development Committee – The Kentucky River runs right through the heart of Frankfort and, thanks to the recent restoration of Locks 1-4, has water access to the Ohio River and beyond! Interested in river-related development and/or business in Frankfort?  Let us know!
